Sankhu, suntole VDC in the place of Itakhel the Shali grame is found due to the making the road for making Temple. The shaligram is one of the rare important stone of the nepal. the weight of the saligram is 100 kg. many of the people form all over the nepal is coming sankhu to see the Saligarm (Black stone.)

Is this true? I mean how was it found? Was it found in the materials brought from somewhere else? to my knowledge, Shaligram is found in the whole Nepal only along the Kaligandaki river in between Annapurna and Dhawalagiri Himal ranges, no where else.
